Study on Urban Rainfall–Runoff Model under the Background of Inter-Basin Water Transfer

The imbalance of water supply and demand forces many cities to transfer across basins, which changes the original “rainfall–runoff” relationship in urban basins. Long-term hydrological simulation basins requires a tool that comprehensively considers background inter-basin transfer. This paper combines rainfall–runoff model, GR3 with simulate process Huangtaiqiao basin (321 km2) Jinan city, Shandong Province, China for 18 consecutive years 1 h time step. Twenty-one flood results different scales over were selected statistical analysis. By comparing model measured process, verified by multiple evaluation indicators (the Nash–Sutcliffe efficiency coefficient, relative error, error peak flow, difference arrival time) at scales. It was found after considered be good agreement data. study proves long-term impact on processes an basin, GR3-ibwt can better providing new perspective method.
